🎯 Role Overview
The Premium Processing Junior Technician supports day-to-day premium processing activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs through accurate and timely work.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time.
- Escalate questions or issues to Senior Technicians when required.
- Support service delivery in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Participate in feedback sessions and personal development activities.
- Adhere to company compliance, risk management, and audit policies.
- Complete all assigned training and assessment programs successfully.
🎓 Skills & Experience
✔ Must Have
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Basic awareness of insurance and business operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
