Hiring Challenge Structure:

🔹 Round 1 – MCQ Assessment

• Online quiz on programming and computer fundamentals
• Take the quiz within the given window (details via email)

🔹 Round 2 – Coding Challenge

• 90-minute online coding round
• Assessed on code quality, efficiency, and completion time

🔹 Round 3 – Final Interviews

• For shortlisted candidates only
• Includes technical + behavioral interviews

Rewards & Compensation:

• 💼 Internship Duration: 8–12 Months (Full-Time Only)
• 💸 Stipend: ₹40,000/month
• 🏆 Full-Time Offer: ₹21–27 LPA based on performance
