📋 Job Description
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, who are passionate about helping customers. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving queries related to order status, inventory, and billing through live chat and email channels, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via web-chat and email.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues regarding orders, billing, and inventory.
- Escalate priority issues as necessary and document all customer interactions.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professional resolution techniques.
- Meet performance metrics like Quality, CSAT, DSAT, and Contact Handle Time.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Chat/Email support preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
