Join Editage as a Customer Service Associate and help elevate customer experiences! This is a 9-hour shift role across any 5 days per week, including weekends, between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM (day shift only).
🎯 Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and suggest best pricing, services, and delivery options.
- Respond to inbound support tickets via email and CRM.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex cases.
- Manage editing, translation, and publishing support inquiries.
✅ Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a bonus).
- 0–1 year experience (Customer Service preferred).
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with global teams.
