CACTUS is a remote-first organization embracing a "work from anywhere" culture. Occasional travel to the Mumbai office may be required for business needs or team events.

Join Editage as a Customer Service Associate and help elevate customer experiences! This is a 9-hour shift role across any 5 days per week, including weekends, between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM (day shift only).

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and suggest best pricing, services, and delivery options.
  • Respond to inbound support tickets via email and CRM.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex cases.
  • Manage editing, translation, and publishing support inquiries.

✅ Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a bonus).
  • 0–1 year experience (Customer Service preferred).
  • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams.
