🎯 Purpose of the Role
The Technical Process Specialist executes transactions within defined SLAs, validates inputs from process executives, supports training and escalations, and ensures compliance with Infosys policies, procedures, and quality standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex tickets and technical issues.
- Ensure SLA and process compliance.
- Manage customer escalations and interactions.
- Support team leads in training, reviews, and escalations.
- Contribute to knowledge management and process improvement.
- Support onsite SPOC in daily operations.
- Participate in process re-engineering initiatives.
🎓 Educational Requirements
- BCA (Graduate / Technical qualification preferred)
- Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
⏳ Experience Requirement
2–3 years of experience in Help Desk / Service Desk / Technical Support preferred. Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
🗣️ Language Requirement
Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to provide technical support via Calls, Emails, and Web channels.
💻 Minimum Technical Knowledge
- Platform: Windows
- Tools: ServiceNow, common ticketing & remote access tools
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- OS knowledge: Windows 7/8/10 & basic Apple OS
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Android, Apple, Windows)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document and contribute to knowledge base articles
