🧠 What You'll Do
- Refine and scale Mercor's AI hiring platform.
- Improve interview experience and backend infrastructure.
- Work on global payouts, predictive hiring engines, and core systems.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL schemas and AWS or GCP.
- Willing to work till at least 11 AM PT timezone (Evening IST).
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn fast.

- Base Salary: $20K–$100K per year
