Job Description:

The Analyst will handle back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions. This includes managing various stages of the client/product lifecycle in areas such as:

  • KYC, Reference Data, and Legal Documentation
  • Loans, Portfolio Reconciliation, and Trade Support
  • System Reconciliations, Fund Transfers, and Settlements
  • Reporting, Brokerage, and Corporate Actions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade lifecycle management including pre-settlement and post-settlement processes
  • Report generation, reconciliation, and settlements
  • Manage Syndicated Loans and Corporate Actions
  • Maintain Reference Data and Regulatory Reporting (e.g., SDR, KYC)
  • Client and counterparty interaction via email and phone

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM)
  • 0–2 years experience in financial services or investment banking operations
  • Basic knowledge of trade lifecycle, finance, and derivatives
  • Good time management and logical skills
