🔍 Job Description
- Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails/chats, depending on client needs.
- Provide customer service or technical support, resolving routine product/service issues.
- Good communication in English + one regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi).
- Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.
- Any graduate/undergraduate can apply.
- 6 Days working, rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Clarify customer issues using probing and resolution tools.
- Listen actively and respond empathetically.
- Maintain knowledge of client’s products/services.
- Document accurate and complete case notes.
- Promote additional services where appropriate.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
⚠️ Content Moderator Role (if selected):
- Review explicit content (text, image, video) and determine violations of guidelines.
- Handle sensitive material with objectivity and discretion.
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills.
- Adaptable to rotational shifts and repetitive tasks.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
